Wheeled Roll Cake

Ingredients:
  • 12 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 120 gr flour
  • 35 gr cornstarch
  • 75 gr melted butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • butter to taste

How to make:
  1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Enter the flour which has been sifted with cornstarch. Stir well.
  2. Pour the melted butter. Stir well.
  3. Take 1/3 batter. Enter the cocoa powder. Stir well.
  4. Take a serrated rolls printed underneath. Spray white and chocolate batter alternately.
  5. Last, pour white batter on top. Grilled until cooked.
  6. Brush the pastry with butter. Roll while compacted.
