Ingredients:
- 7 egg yolks
- 150 grams sugar
- 50 gr flour
- 30 grams of cocoa powder
- 100 gr melted butter
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 can of black cherry, drained
- Butter cream to taste
- Cooking chocolate to taste
How to make:
- Beat eggs with sugar until thick and fluffy. Add flour which has been sifted with cokelet powder. Stir well.
- Pour the melted butter. Stir until blended. Add egg whites that have been whipped stiff. Stir gently.
- Pour batter into molds rolls the size of 22 cm lined with baking paper and spread with butter.
