Roll blackforest

Ingredients:
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 50 gr flour
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder
  • 100 gr melted butter
  • 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1 can of black cherry, drained
  • Butter cream to taste
  • Cooking chocolate to taste

How to make:
  1. Beat eggs with sugar until thick and fluffy. Add flour which has been sifted with cokelet powder. Stir well.
  2. Pour the melted butter. Stir until blended. Add egg whites that have been whipped stiff. Stir gently.
  3. Pour batter into molds rolls the size of 22 cm lined with baking paper and spread with butter.
  4. Grilled until cooked. Once cooked, roll the cake while compacted. Allow to cool. Open rolls and spread with cream cakes.
  5. Set black cherry on it. Rolls back. Brush the entire surface of the cake with the cream. Garnish with cooking chocolate, black and red cery.
