Coffee pudding vanilla sauce

Ingredient:
  • 3 packs of gelatin
  • 1 liter of liquid milk
  • 500 cc cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee

Foam layer:
  • 1 packet of jelly
  • 250 cc of liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 3 egg whites
  • 100 grams sugar

Vla:
  • 500 cc of liquid milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Rhum to taste

How to make:
  1. Cook jelly with milk, instant coffee and cream. Add sugar. Stir well. Add egg yolks. Stir with quickly until blended. Bring to a boil again.
  2. Put the dough into the mold that hole in the middle. Let somewhat frozen.
  3. Prepare dough foam. Cook the milk with gelatin, sugar and instant coffee. Stir until boiling. Add this mixture into the whipped egg whites. Stir well. Pour over the layer number 2. Let the froze.
