Chicken Rolade

Ingredients:
  • 300 grams of minced chicken
  • 50 ounces minced meat
  • 2 tbsp flour bread
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 omelet sheet globular diameter 18 cm
  • 2 carrots, boiled briefly
  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten

How to make:
  1. Mix chicken and minced meat. Add bread crumbs, egg yolk, fried onions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well.
  2. Take a piece of omelet. Put the dough as wide as pancakes. Put the carrots on it. Roll while compacted. Wrap in plastic and steamed until cooked.
  3. Once cooked and cold, dip in beaten egg white and fry until browned.
  4. Slices rolade with ½ cm thick
