Rolade Chocolate Fruit

Ingredients:
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 120 gr sugar sand
  • 80 gr flour
  • 20 grams of cocoa powder
  • 100 gr melted butter

Vla:
  • 300 cc of liquid milk
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • vanilla to taste
  • salt to taste

How to make:
