Nougat milk

Ingredients:
  • 500 gr flour
  • 20 gr milk powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 450 grams of butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 250 grams of powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 150 g ground nuts
  • 50 ounces roasted sesame

How to make:
  1. Mix butter, eggs, sugar and salt until blended then shaken.
  2. Enter the flour, milk and baking soda that has been sifted. Added while stirring until blended and milled sesame peanuts. Stir slowly with a wooden ladle.
