Omelette ingredients:
- 100 gr flour
- 120 cc of water
- 2 chicken eggs

How to make:
- For omelette: Mix together flour, eggs, melted butter, water and salt until smooth then heat the butter in a frying pan. Create an omelette and set aside.
- Contents: puree the onion and garlic then heat the butter and sauté the crushed spices. Enter the minced chicken and soy sauce. Lift. Mix with tofu, sliced scallions and eggs. Stir well.
- Roll out dough on the omelet sheet and then roll up dense and wrap in plastic. Steam for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
