Rolade Steamed Orange

Ingredients:
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 80 gr flour
  • 20 gr maizena
  • 80 cc of oil
  • 20 cc thick coconut milk
  • 1 lemon (skin taken and shredded)
  • Lemon jam to taste

How to make:
  1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and thick.
  2. Add flour which has been sifted with cornstarch. Stir well.
  3. Pour the oil that has been mixed with coconut milk. Stir well. Add orange peel. Stir well.
  4. Pour the batter into the mold size 22 cm rolls that have lined with baking paper and spread with butter. Steamed until cooked.
  5. Once cooked, spread with marmalade then roll while compacted.
