Roll cake with egg whites

Ingredients:
  • 10 egg whites
  • 100 gr sugar pair
  • 100 gr flour
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon mocha extract
  • 50 cc of oil
  • 50 cc thick coconut milk

Butter cream:
  • 100 g butter, white
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Rhum to taste

How to make:
  1. Beat the egg whites. After start up, enter the sugar gradually while continuing whipped until fluffy.
  2. Pour the flour which has been sifted with instant coffee. Stir well. Last, enter oil mixture, coconut milk, and mocha extract. Stir well.
  3. Pour batter into a mold that has been covered with rolls of paper and spread with a little oil.
  4. Once cooked, roll the cake and leave to cool. Once cool, open back and spread with cream. Rolls back.
