Chocolate roll cake

Ingredients:
  • 100 gr butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 80 gr flour
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 3 egg whites, beaten until stiff

Cream:
  • 100 g butter, white
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 gr grated chocolate blocks

How to make:
  1. Beat the butter with sugar until creamy. Add egg yolks one at a time while continuing to be shaken up to until fluffy.
  2. Enter the flour which has been sifted with maizena. Stir well.
  3. Pour beaten egg whites, stirring constantly.
  4. Put the mixture in a mold rolls that have been lined with baking paper and spread with butter. Roasted until cooked.
  5. Make cream: Beat two kind of butter with condensed milk until creamy and smooth.
  6. After the cake cooked, remove it from the mold. Roll while compacted. Allow to cool. After cool, open the roll. Spread with cream. Sprinkle shaved chocolate and then roll while compacted.
  7. Garnish with cream and shaved chocolate.
