Roasted chicken with sauce taoco

Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Spices:
  • 5 spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tangaki lemongrass, take the whiteness, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons taoco
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 pieces of lime leaves, discard the bones leaves
  • 200 cc of water

Taoco sauce:
  • 5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons taoco
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 200 cc of water
  • Salt to taste

How to make:
  1. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter taoco and lime leaves. Stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken. Add soy sauce and water. Cook until the sauce dries.
  3. Chicken grilled over charcoal until cooked.
  4. Make the sauce. Saute onion and ginger until fragrant. Enter taoco, brown sugar, and water. Cook until boiling and thickened.
  5. Serve grilled chicken taoco with sauce taoco.
