Pastries coffee with nut
Ingredients:
  • 180 grams of butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 3 tsp instant coffee diluted with a little hot water
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 300 gr flour
  • vanilla to taste

Dough nuts:
  • 2 egg white grains
  • 150 gr powdered sugar, sifted
  • vanilla to taste
  • 100 gr cashew nuts, mashed

How to make:
  1. Whisk the butter with sugar until smooth. Add egg yolks. Lightly beaten.
  2. Enter the flour. Stir well. Pour the liquid coffee and stir.
  3. Prepare a rectangular mold (size 30x30x2 cm). Spread with butter. Shape the dough with round shape, then puncture holes in the middle. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Whisk egg whites while slowly poured powdered sugar. After rigid, enter and the vanilla bean. Stir well.
  5. Take out cake from the oven. Spray the dough nut to hole section. Bake for 30 minutes.
