Coconut cake


Ingredients:
  • 175 gr flour
  • 100 gr cornstarch
  • 100 gr toasted coconut shavings
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dried candied cherry for garnish

How to make:
  1. Sift the flour and cornstarch together as much as 2x.
  2. After that, shake the butter and sugar until fluffy, then enter the egg yolks and mix well.
  3. Combine the toasted coconut and flour. Then, enter into butter mixture, vanilla, continue to knead until it can be formed.
  4. Make the cake shape that you like (about ½ cm thick),give a piece of candied dried on it. Then Bake the cake on a baking sheet that has been spread with a little butter until cooked to medium heat oven only.
