Tart Eid
Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 5 eggs intact
  • 200 grams flour
  • 10 grams milk
  • 1 tbsp ovalet / TBM
  • 200 grams melted butter
  • 1 tbsp rhum

How to make:
  1. Combine sugar, eggs, flour, milk, and ovalet. Beat at full speed until white (15 minutes).
  2. Put the melted butter and rhum, stir gently with Solet timber.
  3. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  4. Put the dough into the mold with a diameter of 26 cm height 5 cm.
  5. Bake in the oven until cooked.
  6. Once cool, out from oven and garnished with whip cream.
  7. Sprinkle the top with chocolate.
  8. Garnished according your taste.
