- 200 grams of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 eggs intact
- 200 grams flour
- 10 grams milk
- 1 tbsp ovalet / TBM
- 200 grams melted butter
- 1 tbsp rhum
How to make:
- Combine sugar, eggs, flour, milk, and ovalet. Beat at full speed until white (15 minutes).
- Put the melted butter and rhum, stir gently with Solet timber.
- Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Put the dough into the mold with a diameter of 26 cm height 5 cm.
- Bake in the oven until cooked.
- Once cool, out from oven and garnished with whip cream.
- Sprinkle the top with chocolate.
- Garnished according your taste.
