Rolade with dried fruit

Ingredients:
  • 12 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 130 grams sugar
  • 100 gr flour
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 100 gr melted butter
  • 30 gr raisins
  • 30 grams of red cherry, each divided into 4 parts
  • 30 gr green cherries, each divided into 4 parts
  • 30 grams of dried fruit mix
  • Strawberry jam to taste

How to make:
  1. Wash all fruit and then drain. Sprinkle flour. Set aside.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add the flour. Stir well.
  3. Pour the melted butter and dried fruit. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Take the rolls prints size 22 cm. Cover basting with butter and baking paper. Pour batter into it. Grilled until cooked.
  5. Brush the pastry with butter then roll while compacted.
