
Ingredients:
- 8 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 100 grams sugar
- 80 gr flour
- 20 gr maizena
- 80 cc of oil
- 20 cc thick coconut milk
- 1 lemon (skin taken and shredded)
- Lemon jam to taste
How to make:
- Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and thick.
- Add flour which has been sifted with cornstarch. Stir well.
- Pour the oil that has been mixed with coconut milk. Stir well. Add orange peel. Stir well.
- Pour the batter into the mold size 22 cm rolls that have lined with baking paper and spread with butter. Steamed until cooked.
- Once cooked, spread with marmalade then roll while compacted.
