Brownies Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams palm sugar
  • 200 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 grams of chocolate chips
  • 65 grams coconut, grated a bit rough

How to make:
  1. Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat the butter with sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Add the one of eggs while continuing whipped until fluffy.
  3. Enter the flour mixture no. 1 (flour with baking powder and salt) into the egg mixture. Stir until blended.
  4. Enter the chocolate chips. Stir to spread.
  5. Pour batter into a rectangular mold size (22 cm) that have been buttered and lined with baking paper.
  6. Sprinkle grated coconut and roasted until cooked.
