
Ingredients:
- 250 grams flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 200 grams sugar
- 100 grams palm sugar
- 200 grams butter
- 3 eggs
- 180 grams of chocolate chips
- 65 grams coconut, grated a bit rough
How to make:
- Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
- Beat the butter with sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Add the one of eggs while continuing whipped until fluffy.
- Enter the flour mixture no. 1 (flour with baking powder and salt) into the egg mixture. Stir until blended.
- Enter the chocolate chips. Stir to spread.
- Pour batter into a rectangular mold size (22 cm) that have been buttered and lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle grated coconut and roasted until cooked.
