Shot Paste Special
Leather:
  • 400 gr flour
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 80 g of water ice
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Ingredient fill:
  • ¼ can of ground beef
  • 4 beans beef sausage split apart and cut into thin
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 250 gr sweet milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper, nutmeg, salt, and a little sugar

How to make:
  1. Butter, salt and baking soda stirred with wooden ladle until soft, put ice water and stir again. Last, enter the flour. Don't be too hard to stir.
  2. Grease small molds with butter. Form the center hollow mold. Rotate the dough with flattened (thick approx ½ cm).
  3. For fill, milk mixed with eggs, pepper, nutmeg, salt, sugar and flour until smooth. Enter the ground beef and sausage pieces and stir well.
  4. Next, the skin stuffed full then sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake for approximately 25 minutes at a temperature of approximately 170 C
