Orange cake with jam


Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 120 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp orange peel
  • 300 gr flour
  • vanilla to taste
  • Apricot jam to taste
  • Red and green dye to taste

How to make:
  1. Whisk the butter with powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Enter the flour and grated orange peel. Stir well.
  3. Milled on a piece of thin plastic. Print round for all dough. Partly rounded, hollowed center. Stacks of two, a full circle is located below, with holes in it.
  4. Brush the egg yolks.
  5. Enter the jam in the middle. Jam can be of different colors. Grilled until cooked.
