Ingredients:
- 200 gr flour
- 125 grams of oatmeal
- 3 egg yolks
- 130 grams of powdered sugar
- 80 g butter
- 60 gr margarine
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 150 grams of chocolate, blocks diced (roughly chopped)
How to make:
- Mix the flour, baking soda and oatmeal.
- Whisk powdered sugar, margarine, and butter until white and fluffy, then enter the flour mixture little by little, stirring with a wooden spoon until evenly. Enter chip's chocolate, and blend it.
- Form of round flat dough, arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees C temperature for 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
