
Ingredients:
- 12 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 150 grams sugar
- 120 gr flour
- 35 gr cornstarch
- 75 gr melted butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- butter to taste
How to make:
- Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Enter the flour which has been sifted with cornstarch. Stir well.
- Pour the melted butter. Stir well.
- Take 1/3 batter. Enter the cocoa powder. Stir well.
- Take a serrated rolls printed underneath. Spray white and chocolate batter alternately.
- Last, pour white batter on top. Grilled until cooked.
- Brush the pastry with butter. Roll while compacted.
