
Ingredients:
- 10 pieces of chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ onion
- 2 pieces of red chilli, thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies, thinly sliced
- 3 tomatoes, cut into rough
- 1 stalk spring onion, cut into ½ cm wide
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
How to make:
- Sprinkle the chicken wings with soy sauce and salt. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
- Add red peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, and scallions. Stir until wilted.
- Add chicken and soy sauce. Add salt to taste. Stir. Pour ½ cup water. Cook over low heat until the chicken is cooked.
