Simple roll cake


Ingredients:
  • 7 egg yolks
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 80 gr flour
  • 100 gr melted butter
  • 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • jam to taste

How to make:
  1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until stiff. Pour flour. Stir well.
  2. Pour the melted butter. Stir well.
  3. Last, fill egg whites little by little. Stir well.
  4. Pour batter into molds rolls that have been lined with baking paper and spread with butter. Grilled until cooked.
  5. Once cooked, remove the cake then spread jam. Roll while compacted.
