
Ingredients:
- 7 egg yolks
- 150 grams sugar
- 80 gr flour
- 100 gr melted butter
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
- jam to taste
How to make:
- Beat the egg yolks with sugar until stiff. Pour flour. Stir well.
- Pour the melted butter. Stir well.
- Last, fill egg whites little by little. Stir well.
- Pour batter into molds rolls that have been lined with baking paper and spread with butter. Grilled until cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the cake then spread jam. Roll while compacted.
