Oatmeal cake

Ingredients:
  • 300 gr flour
  • 200 grams of oatmeal
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 225 grams of butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white grains
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Little raisins for garnish

How to make:
  1. Whisk the sugar and butter until fluffy, enter the eggs one by one, vanilla, oatmeal, then stir well.
  2. Stir baking soda and flour, then enter into the mixture (no.1), then stir again.
