
Ingredients:
- 300 gr flour
- 175 grams of powdered sugar
- 125 gr butter
- 50 gr raisins
- 4 tablespoons sliced small colored sukade
- 1 tablespoon seasoning spekuk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
How to make:
- Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy. Add the eggs and beat again until fluffy.
- Flour, baking powder and vanilla mix evenly. Then, mix all ingredients together except sukade batter, then stir until well blended.
- Make the preferred form (½ cm thick approximately), give sukade on it. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been spread with butter, then bake in the oven until cooked with medium heat only.
