Chocolate with pudding layer

Ingredient
Omelette:
  • 100gr flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • 200cc liquid milk
  • pan

Chocolate Pudding:
  • 80gr cocoa powder
  • 2 packets of gelatin powder white
  • 100 grams sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 900 cc liquid milk
  • 6 eggs
  • Square mold (size 24 cm), wet with water

How to make:
  1. Create a fried dough. Mix all ingredients. Stir until blended and smooth. Make a thin omelette (12 sheets).
  2. Mix the cocoa powder with gelatin, sugar, and salt. Add liquid milk. Stir and cook until boiling and thickened.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Pour batter so kekocokan whipped egg whites while continuing to mix.
  4. Pour 5 tablespoons of vegetable mixture into the mold. Cover the entire surface of the omelette. Pour back 5 vegetable tablespoons pudding mixture.
  5. Cover again with a fried batter. Do the same to all consumables. Freeze.
For 30 pieces.
