
Ingredient
Omelette:
- 100gr flour
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
- 200cc liquid milk
- pan
Chocolate Pudding:
- 80gr cocoa powder
- 2 packets of gelatin powder white
- 100 grams sugar
- salt to taste
- 900 cc liquid milk
- 6 eggs
- Square mold (size 24 cm), wet with water
How to make:
- Create a fried dough. Mix all ingredients. Stir until blended and smooth. Make a thin omelette (12 sheets).
- Mix the cocoa powder with gelatin, sugar, and salt. Add liquid milk. Stir and cook until boiling and thickened.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Pour batter so kekocokan whipped egg whites while continuing to mix.
- Pour 5 tablespoons of vegetable mixture into the mold. Cover the entire surface of the omelette. Pour back 5 vegetable tablespoons pudding mixture.
- Cover again with a fried batter. Do the same to all consumables. Freeze.
