
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of minced chicken
- 50 ounces minced meat
- 2 tbsp flour bread
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 omelet sheet globular diameter 18 cm
- 2 carrots, boiled briefly
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
How to make:
- Mix chicken and minced meat. Add bread crumbs, egg yolk, fried onions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well.
- Take a piece of omelet. Put the dough as wide as pancakes. Put the carrots on it. Roll while compacted. Wrap in plastic and steamed until cooked.
- Once cooked and cold, dip in beaten egg white and fry until browned.
- Slices rolade with ½ cm thick
